To discuss the current state of home care in Ontario and what needs to be done to fix it, local Ontario Liberals and the Waterloo Region Health Coalition have organized a Home Care Roundtable discussion on March 21st at 7:00 PM at the Waterloo Public Library – John M. Harper Branch (Community Room).

Harper Branch (Community Room).


Our roundtable panelists include:


  • Natalie Mehra, Executive Director of the Ontario Health Coalition

  • Dr. Michael Lawrie, a long-time family physician, a past president of Cambridge Memorial Hospital (CMH)’s medical and professional staff association, and a retired chief of staff at CMH

  • Surekha Shenoy, a healthcare activist, a past Chair & Director of the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation, and a member of the Hospice Waterloo Region Board of Directors

  • Norma Sim, a concerned senior


The roundtable will be moderated by Carolyn Hertzberger, a healthcare activist and local Ontario Liberal Party member.
