Stand up for seniors who suffered and died in for-profit LTC

This GoFundMe is for our court challenge to the Ford government's decision to reward Orchard Villa with a planned new 30-year license and massive expansion. Orchard Villa is a long-term care home owned by for-profit chain Southbridge that has a terrible record. On Monday we will send out the GOFundMe for the Bill 7 Charter Challenge.

The second legal action is a Constitutional Challenge to Bill 7, legislation that forces elderly patients out of hospital and into long-term care homes not of their choosing. We are sending that GoFundMe out next week and are asking people to share it.
